The app is now available for patients receiving care through St. Luke's Health in Texas, Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Texas, St. Joseph Health Medical Group in Texas, CHI St. Vincent Medical Group in Arkansas, CHI Saint Joseph Health in Kentucky, CommonSpirit - Tennessee and Georgia, or Virginia Mason and The Doctor’s Clinic in Washington.

With the app you can:
• Access the CommonSpirit Patient Portal, which includes access to MyChart
• View recent test results and visit summaries

• Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Send and receive secure messages with your medical provider
• Pay your bill and review statements
• Upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.

The CommonSpirit mobile app is a simple, secure way to access recent health info. There are different CommonSpirit apps available depending on where you receive care. This version is for AR, GA, KY, TN, TX, and parts of WA. For CO, KS, or UT regions, look for “CommonSpirit – CO/KS/UT” in the App Store. More locations will be added soon.

Ratings and reviews

This app loses some functionality of its not granted location access. And it's pushing to get location access at every login of you haven't already granted it. It loses data, due example it nearly got me revaccinated unnecessarily. It's a pain to use, and messages to clinic seem to disappear into the ether. In no way is it an improvement over the previous patient portal.

I see the dream, but y'all needed to invest more time to move everything over. I should not have had to input my insurance or medical history in again, especially since it seems like you are still on the same back end. I also really don't like how it asks for 24/7 location access every time you open the app before a visit. I don't mind it asking once, but every time was excessive, especially since I had to re launch the app 10 times to get through the online check in.

This app still needs a lot of work 1. I can't easily reach out to my care providers easily ..they are buried deep within app. 2. Can't request rescheduling of appointments...have to cancel in app then call...then office loses original appointment time, and total retrieval is needed for any given appointment. 3. Some messages go completely unanswered, and when they are weeks later, the situation may be different from the original one. Patient has to keep on the system, staff, and docs to ensure t
