The app is now available for patients receiving care through Virginia Mason and The Doctor’s Clinic in Washington.

With the app you can:
• Access the CommonSpirit Patient Portal, which includes access to MyChart
• View recent test results and visit summaries

• Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Send and receive secure messages with your medical provider
• Pay your bill and review statements
• Upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.

The CommonSpirit mobile app is a simple, secure way to access recent health info. There are different CommonSpirit apps available depending on where you receive care. This version is for parts of WA. For AR, GA, KY, TN, and TX regions, look for “CommonSpirit - AR/GA/KY/TN/TX” in the App Store. For CO, KS, or UT regions, look for “CommonSpirit – CO/KS/UT” in the App Store. Ratings and reviews

Ok, so no one likes change, especially when it comes to their medical, but this app isn't as bad as most people seem to be saying. It definitely takes a minute to get the hang of but I eventually found my way around and didn't have any trouble. There is bound to be a shake up period while everything gets uploaded and organized so I would suggest patience until its all settled. I like that I can see exactly what my doctor sees for medications and test results, and it was very easy to message them

Could hardly be worse. Seemed to work for a while but now will work only on android (passcode only - password doesn't work). Desktop (Win 11) is non-functional. And I thought the old system was bad - archaic, yes, but I could make it work. Don't suggest the phone. My time is too valuable to waste in a long queue.

Despite being in place with my care provider for nearly two months now, the app rarely works for scheduling appts and some of my doctors are not listed/avail for messaging or scheduling. I've been to my provider several times in the last two months and there appears to be no improvement in app functionality. With poor functionality, I'm forced to make phone calls and join the long queue of everyone else that is struggling with the app.
