The app is now available for patients receiving care through Virginia Mason and The Doctor’s Clinic in Washington.

With the app you can:
• Access the CommonSpirit Patient Portal, which includes access to MyChart
• View recent test results and visit summaries

• Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Send and receive secure messages with your medical provider
• Pay your bill and review statements
• Upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.

The CommonSpirit mobile app is a simple, secure way to access recent health info. There are different CommonSpirit apps available depending on where you receive care. This version is for parts of WA. For AR, GA, KY, TN, and TX regions, look for “CommonSpirit - AR/GA/KY/TN/TX” in the App Store. For CO, KS, or UT regions, look for “CommonSpirit – CO/KS/UT” in the App Store. More locations will be added soon.

Ratings and reviews

This app loses some functionality of its not granted location access. And it's pushing to get location access at every login of you haven't already granted it. It loses data, due example it nearly got me revaccinated unnecessarily. It's a pain to use, and messages to clinic seem to disappear into the ether. In no way is it an improvement over the previous patient portal.

the app is garbage!!!! it doesnt let me make appointments. when I try to schedule appointment it only let's me choose from 2 providers and then after I click the type of appointment (I have tried both "general care" and "established patient new problem") it takes me to another screen rhat is just blank and never loads anything. they have said they are working on fixes but they rolled this out on May 2nd and there are still no fixes or any update on when they might think it will be fixed.

I see the dream, but y'all needed to invest more time to move everything over. I should not have had to input my insurance or medical history in again, especially since it seems like you are still on the same back end. I also really don't like how it asks for 24/7 location access every time you open the app before a visit. I don't mind it asking once, but every time was excessive, especially since I had to re launch the app 10 times to get through the online check in.
