About this app

Use your Trinity Health MyChart account to manage your health information and communicate with your care team from your mobile device.
With the MyChart App, you can:
• Review test results, medications, immunization history and more
• View and pay your bill
• Message your doctor
• Schedule or change your appointments
• Request prescription refills
• Upload health and fitness information from your health app or other self-tracking programs such as FitBit

If you do not already have a MyChart account, you must first create your account through mychart.trinity-health.org or contact your doctor's office for assistance.

Ratings and reviews

I love this App. you can get test results sooner, compare test results to past results to, see how well your doing (or try to improve if you are not doing well) look at doctor's notes to see how they feel you are doing (refresh your memory) and message your doctor with any questions, check your appointments, set up an appointment and automatically add appointments to your calendar, and more!!!

This app rarely works & is always saying my username or password is incorrect. I triple check my username & password is correct prior to login & it still says its wrong. So I have to shut the app off & try a few more times before it works. So why even bother having thos app when its more of a pain to use. Pretty sure I'll end up Uninstalling it!

I don't know, IMO, 5 stars is far away! 1. Messaging (which should be the most important feature here) here always troublesome! 1a. Can't contact a doctor unless the choices are given. 2. I can't change my profile picture! 3. Often gets a notification and if you click that it takes you nowhere! 4. Can't print a letter from the app! 5. Knowledge source is not much helpful
