About this app

Use your Trinity Health MyChart account to manage your health information and communicate with your care team from your mobile device.
With the MyChart App, you can:
• Review test results, medications, immunization history and more
• View and pay your bill
• Message your doctor
• Schedule or change your appointments
• Request prescription refills
• Upload health and fitness information from your health app or other self-tracking programs such as FitBit

If you do not already have a MyChart account, you must first create your account through mychart.trinity-health.org or contact your doctor's office for assistance.

Ratings and reviews

This is the worst app ever! I can't get into anything and had to spend over an hour with an agent step by step to set it up and now it wants to verify my phone number but won't send me the code. When I finally got one it said it was the wrong one. I kept doing resend but it kept sending the same number it wouldn't accept. I've been doing this for days now. I try calling and agents are always busy or pass you back to the Operator to start from scratch waiting for busy agents. I'm fed up with AI.

Good First Attempt - if I click on anything in the app on my phone I have to log out and log back in to go to another path. I should be able to log in once and navigate everything I need to look at in one login attempt I cannot navigate the app because there are no back swipes or pull-down menus or anything. I go to something I read it. I have to log out and go back in again

Great platform layout and easy to navigate+use. It's very nice to be able to review notes, reports, appointment reminders, recommendations and medical records via the app. My only suggestion is to improve the messages portion, especially allowing for direct contact with my Primary Care Doc without a middle man and easy to see that he's seen+reviewed+responded. Overall, this app is awesome.
