Use your Trinity Health MyChart account to manage your health information and communicate with your care team from your mobile device.
With the MyChart App, you can:
• Review test results, medications, immunization history and more
• View and pay your bill
• Message your doctor
• Schedule or change your appointments
• Request prescription refills
• Upload health and fitness information from your health app or other self-tracking programs such as FitBit

If you do not already have a MyChart account, you must first create your account through mychart.trinity-health.org or contact your doctor's office for assistance.

horrible and hard to manage. all this info is in old app. We are going thru the exact same things you already have. Billing is a nightmare, not even the people in billing can figure out what is owed. Billing on one app. test results on the other, this is a nightmare. I Know I have been double charged for appoi twenty. when I ask for specifics. I am sent bills with wrong service dates and no explanation for service except a single line that tells me nothing. Horrible

This is the worst app ever! I can't get into anything and had to spend over an hour with an agent step by step to set it up and now it wants to verify my phone number but won't send me the code. When I finally got one it said it was the wrong one. I kept doing resend but it kept sending the same number it wouldn't accept. I've been doing this for days now. I try calling and agents are always busy or pass you back to the Operator to start from scratch waiting for busy agents. I'm fed up with AI.

This app is totally frustrating. My Chart cannot remember my name AND password for any length of time. For example, they had lost it yesterday and I had to go through the whole process of resetting it and today they are once again telling me that I am trying an invalid password. I'm not doing anything different. Trinity Health MyChart is not helpful. A phone number would be appreciated so a person could talk with someone instead of being constantly told that "they're using an invalid password"
