Was able to login again. Apparently for those who have difficulties login in, you need to uninstall and then install the app again. After installing, you need to clear the cache and clear the data of the app. Once you've done that you wait 24 hours and then you can re-attemp to login.

In key situations needing to pay using this app just won't let me in (ovo connection not available) and NO, my internet is stable so don't tell me to check my internet connection. I even wrote this while having this exact issue. NEW MAJOR ISSUE: In merchant payment now always failed and refunded. I could not pay in any apps I use which makes this app useless.

Just requested to close my account as of May 13, 2026. Not worth it for use. The system accused the user of using a modified OS but could not prove it. They say the solution is just a hard reset. I have been using the Samsung S22 Ultra since 2022. Since then I always using Samsung's Official Updates. If so, it's like as OVO accusing Samsung OS of being modified and insecure. Have already informed this is a possible bug in the app. But they ignored it.
