Cannot register with my savings account. After entering my OTP send via email, I'm immediately greeted by the robot illustration signifying an error and when I press the restart button, it says "something went wrong while processing the scans." I, then, get locked out after registering multiple times because of the errors.

I, then, get locked out after registering multiple times because of the errors.

I would like to express my disappointment with the app registration process. Registering using credit card details is extremely difficult, as the system repeatedly shows an error stating that the details are incorrect, even though all the information entered is accurate. In addition, the customer service response via email is very slow, and when they do reply, the answers are too generic and appear to be copy-pasted. This does not address the actual concern and is very frustrating as a user.
