One star for initial buggy experience. Tried registering almost 10x already. Error: Something went wrong processing the scans. I have high speed internet so don't tell me it's on my end. The message prompts are confusing, telling. me to enter the code sent via SMS twice instead of specifying via email the second time. The old app is nearing end-of-life. But I don't have confidence in this new app.

I have attempted to complete the registration process several times, but I keep encountering the error message: 'Something went wrong processing the scans. I have confirmed that my internet connection is stable and working properly, so I believe the issue may be on your end. Could you please look into this matter or advise me on how to proceed? Thank you very much.

I downloaded the said app a couple of months back, but registration was a pain, so I deleted it. I downloaded it again yesterday when I received an email from ChinaBank to switch, but again, I couldn't get past verifying either my credit card or savings account; always a system error. Frustrating.
