Ooredoo!! Ooredoo! Ooredooooo!!! I'm fuming! I can't access the app at all. I've tried over several days and it keeps saying "can't process transaction try again later" how am I meant to withdraw money since I need to enable withdrawal on the app? You don't even tell me what the problem could be so that I can fix it! The app is updated, there's plenty of space in my phone, wifi speed is fast, I've rebooted my phone too.

OMM virtual card service is totally worst. this is my 5th time I've been tried using their virtual card for payment online and every time it's showed payment declined but credit was deducted from my card. and their refund procces is 50 days after complained issues. SO, it's look like my fault why I'm using their virtual card that's why my credit is holding for 50 days. great service go ahead 👍

Ooredoo virtual card is a "drama card" very useless card. No one accepts it. I have tried at least 10 times on 5 sites. Everyone says the bank has declined the transaction. But when you load card they make charge QR 5. Wow,, very good business 😠 "Ooredoo Virtual card" 🤮
