Could use improvements. I have been using BATA for 2 weeks now to get back and forth to work. Leelanau County to Traverse City. I have yet to make it to work on time and most pickups from work to home are over an hour after I get off. The feature I would like to see is, a check box that says you would like to be notified if an earlier ride becomes available so that you can change.

After you are dropped off the app asks you to share it with social media. Ran into store, bus was still there when I came out, but the app stayed to share with social media. Bus driver had to call it in. I will not advertise for you.

Make sure you set your destination exactly where you need to go; if for whatever reason you wanted them to drop you off at a place a little before your stop, they won't/can't let you.
