Ratings and reviews

App could use some improvements. The timing is regularly off with the the busses and it doesn't load the screen I need to cancel rides so I keep having to call them. Also I can't access the part where I adjust where I work at. But all in all it's convenient and I like that it updates in real time where the bus is as it gets closer, as well as being able to see your bus.

The ease, convenience, friendly drivers are the only things keeping this review from being below 4. I said convenience, but it's only slightly convenient. It keeps putting my address wrong and if I'm not out there or if there's an issue I can't see them to know something is wrong. Plus this only one day schedule ahead is frustrating. By the time I schedule one, either get one to my destination I'm an hour plus early or 45 min late. 90% of the time I can't schedule one back.

Tried the app multiple times. Finally gave up and called. The guy I talked to said I had to do it through the app. He then told me there wasn't enough demand which is why I couldn't get a bus. He went on to tell me about all the empty busses they had. I assume he meant no drivers because demand was low. I now have to find a new job because I can't get to work. Thanks Bata
