I would rate the app in general 5 stars because I really like it but I don't because of one of the drivers. Her name is Elizabeth. She has canceled my ride twice with no explanation. No phone call. Nothing. And then the times I have ridden with her she drives too fast. Curses other drivers the entire ride. And she's never polite. Doesn't welcome me into the car or anything. Which is very rude in my opinion. Besides that the app is great and the other drivers are so professional and respectful..

Curtious customer services reps. Wish I could say the same for the service and app. I have tried a couple handful of times to book a ride and they are never available. The app says to check my internet however I'm connected to both wifi and data. Zero ⭐ 's forced to give stars to post comment shame

I ordered a ride at 4:45pm it said that my ride would be there in 29 minutes, it's 6pm and the ride never came and the driver even dared to call at 5:50 asking if I still wanted the ride, I needed to be at my destination at 5pm
