does not allow bigger transfers than 1500$ on one payment. In the end the money is returned to your account but in the meantime the fee remains paid for an unprovided service... total mess - BCR does not allow $ transfers anymore on behalf of Salt... L.E. - your provided customer support phone number cannot be reached from abroad... kindly asking for an email address. many thanks LLE: today I received the transfer fees. it took a while but the customer service support did their job.

The theme is nice, but it is hard to navigate to your cards, for example, as they are under the Products tab. Honestly, I would like to have a tab with the accounts directly, so I can swap between them, the last one to be a "New Account" teaser. Also a button directly to cards from somewhere under these accounts (or from toolbar), a small list of last 3 transactions on the same page, recurrent or future payments.

The app is not overly complicated and intuitive. I want to congratulate the people from customer service for doing an amazing job, solving issues in no time with professionalism. Never had a problem and they have always been friendly and open to help you with every single problem. I am greatful that you can find this kind of human support nowadays. I hope it will remain the same and not be replaced by AI.
