Closed my relationship, on the chat, as there was no option to do it digital. Couple of months later I tried to reopen the account. Surprise, the account was not closed in the first place. Went through the password recovery, just to hit a Technical error, that doesn't go away regardless what I do. No way to find out the status of my relationship with the bank other than to call. Don't even care now.

BE AWARE - SCAMMERS!!! Absolutely horrible. The interface is not the best and also the charges are sky high. For example I paid 539 USD for a flight ticket and they charged me extra 15 USD more in total for the transaction. (9.78 USD bank charges + 5.11 USD exchange rate) This is almost 3% more added on top of the price. Never again. They are scammers. Be aware!

Great app and services. The only thing that made me rate it 4 instead of 5 is that the personal and business apps aren't separate - you use a toggle to switch between the two modes, and upon restart it defaults to personal. This is annoying as every time I need to check if I'm in the right place. I get it that it's useful from a developer's perspective as you're reusing functionalities and releases are easier to manage. But it's so freaking stressful on our end.
