Ratings and reviews

They blocked my access to app during holiday due to "security concerns" for trying to transfer out a larger amount, gave me contradictory info that I can solve the issue only by phisically presenting myself in an local agency upon return(while all my money were sitting intrest free blocked on my current account), just to be told at return in the agency that I can unlock it only by calling them to the same number that "helped" me by blocking it in the first phase. Very,very poor customer service.

this is one of the worst applications i used from a big company. fees everywhere, no way to cancel services you don't need (other than email. ofc...), but you can easily apply just by not paying attention. support nonexsistent. send them a mail, wait a week for a response. oh yeah a fee just for using this trash. also ads for other apps. if that all is not enough, you also have to download another application just to be able to log in. do yourself a favor and don't bother.

The new UI is terrible. You have invested time and money in making this app a selling platform, which I completely dislike and this contributes to my desire of moving to another bank. I liked how I could see all my accounts imediately after login in. Now I have an extra step in doing so. Instead of this new face for the app, I would have appreciated that the reimbursement with shortning the time on a mortgage, would have been implemented.
