It would be better if the Driver's direct contact number or WhatsApp is provided in the app as the current central company number makes it difficult to reach the specific driver directly for call is messed. Please consider this request to improve the overall delivery experience for customers.

One of the least reliable. It always gives errors that I guess are server side. I can't even log in sometimes as it repeatedly returns to the log in screen. All this is just about the app let alone their level of service.

This app is getting better; but not to the expectation of the customer. I have more than 15 water incidents report, though it seems that "there is always" an obstacle, and I still managed manoeuvring. But now I come to the conclusion that they don't want you to report any incidents PERIOD.
