Hello Friendi Support, I would like to report a serious network issue. We live on the top floor of our building, and unfortunately there is little to no signal inside our room. Because of this, we are unable to make proper calls or use mobile internet at all. This problem is causing major inconvenience in our daily communication. the more I recharge my balance the more I gets tax and whenever I recharge and make my data the remaining balance always reduced by itself from nothing and I've been using this simcard for years by the way still no improvement
