following bugs or errors on the apps; *wallet balance adding itself by 57.5sar it differs when you click plans button. *otp doesn't work with google message apps but it only works with samsung message apps. *I can not able to use/redeem my bonuses balance after recharge. hoping for using this apps with offline mode in the near future even or after the load was gone.

New update doesn't allow sign in - when the phone number is entered it shows error. Friendi doesnt have service in india because of this OTP will not come outside kuwait. The app wont open outside kuwait making it very difficult to recharge the line.

The service provided by Friendi Mobile is very disappointing. The internet speed is extremely slow and does not meet basic usage expectations. Overall service quality is poor and unreliable. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a Friendi SIM card based on my experience. I have used the service for one month, and it has not been satisfactory at all. This will be my last time using Friendi SIM, and I will be switching to another network very soon due to the poor performance.
