About this app

We began with the simple aim of providing our customers a convenient way to monitor their utilities usage and pay their monthly bills.

To help households and customers understand the environmental impact of their daily activities, we launched My Carbon Footprint.

Next, we introduced GreenUP to encourage sustainable lifestyle choices through a rewards programme, and My Green Credits for everyone to green their electricity consumption.

Today, our app will be renamed to the SP app, reflecting our ambition to empower the future of energy and contribute to a greener future for Singapore.

We are also launching Green Goals! A new feature that tracks your individual environmental impact and contribution towards the SG Green Plan 2030.

Not able to make payment on SP app with credit/debit card after the latest update with a number of attempts on it, thought need clear cache but it keeps prompting me payments failed repeatedly. Ends up payong via QR code no issues! pls fixed it. I never had this problem faced with other apps payments with the same card though.

Help please I cannot pay, my credit card expires so I need to enter the card replacement. It doesnt allow me because it's the same card. I try to delete the old card. It doesnt allow me because it's tied to recurring???? CS can only be contacted during working hour, you know, when we are working?? I tried connecting new card now it's tied to invisible bill and everything is just stuck????

your apps are so confusing. why dont you just create on the "outstanding amount say $500.00" and lead us to make payment via credit card or pay now with your UEN so that we can go to our bank apps to key in the UEN and make a payment and for credit card, to key in the details for processing payment instead of leading us round the world. Payment Apps is so common and use friendly for others while yours is so confusing.
