Raised issues are always closed by masking away our comments and description of the community issues. It only retains partial truth about the whole report of issues, which is rather a disservice. Update 1 Sep 2023: Noticed the MSO report does not use the date/time in the EXIF of the photo but rather the time report was made. Many times user might just take photo first and create report much later. There should be date/time incident happened + date/time report was created.
