Ratings and reviews

Generally easy to use the app but to submit neighbour issues, location is required. When it's not functioning, we cannot manually enter a location. Hence, the process broke down entirely.

Similar to all government apps using singpass. Reliability is extremely low. Login prompts you multiple times and frequently face errors.

Guess RAM usage is super high. Almost impossible to run on 4gb ram handset. Deleted many apps only occasionally can see the login screen. Otherwise just bounce back to nothing. 😮. Developers should not expect everyone has 6gb ram r more to run this app. Please help to reduce the ram usage in next revision. Thanks. Still the same in 2024. The app closes after few seconds. Those have 4gb ram will have problem.
