The contact centre is seriously ridiculous. Already told them that the data in my Samsung Health and Healthy 365 are not syncing correctly and both have very different data. The questions they ask are totally not solving my issues but really more like buying time or treating me like an idiot. The fact is that even if I manually record workout, the MVPA doesn't sync too. I give up on their support that I just sync the steps and refuse to contact them. Now even the steps are not syncing correctly.

I discovered that most of the time the app could sync with the tracker if I power off the tracker and then power it on again. If that doesn't work, I go to phone settings, force-stop the app, and then open the app again. Otherwise, the app will mostly be stuck on the stage of syncing, with the circle spinning endlessly...

The latest update seemed to visually be better at first, but the stamps are gone, the ability the screenshot is suddenly restricted, and worst of all: the battery drain is even worse than last time's version (now 14% battery drain for 2 min use prior to going app list to force end it.) EDIT 06 09 22 : Now it became worst, Samsung s7 gets bricked after I launched it and turned on bluetooth. Now my hp doesn't charge and overheats while not being able to turn off/on properly.
