About this app

Healthy 365 is a mobile application by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) Singapore which aims to encourage users to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Through the use of gamification and rewards, users are encouraged to sign up for in-app challenges and health programmes to earn Healthpoints. The app seamlessly pairs with fitness tracking devices to help users log their daily steps count and amount of time spent on active exercises. Users can also scan QR codes via the app to earn Healthpoints when they purchase healthier meals, drinks and groceries from participating partners.

Keeps having synchronisation errors even with the issued Axtro watch. one of the worst apps I ever use. redeem codes within minutes but app keeps hanging. when it expired, tried calling HPB and staff just says cannot do anything. Adding on, the app now cannot detect samsung health resulting in not able to sync. Has been like that for more than a week.

The contact centre is seriously ridiculous. Already told them that the data in my Samsung Health and Healthy 365 are not syncing correctly and both have very different data. The questions they ask are totally not solving my issues but really more like buying time or treating me like an idiot. The fact is that even if I manually record workout, the MVPA doesn't sync too. I give up on their support that I just sync the steps and refuse to contact them. Now even the steps are not syncing correctly.
