The OneService App is a convenient platform that allows you to submit feedback anytime, anywhere.
- Improve your neighbourhood by submitting feedback

Fix issues like cleanliness, pests and maintenance of greenery and infrastructure by using this App. We will help to direct your feedback to the relevant Town Council or authorities such as HDB, NEA, LTA and NParks. There is no need for you to indicate which agency is responsible!

Ratings and reviews

Forcing people to allow location for reporting is absurd, still manage to maintain a exceptionally lousy design after all this time. Forcing people to stay at location to report, needing to take photo and not letting people retrieve from album is one of the worst design flaw I ever seen. The app deserves a negative 5 star for not doing any of its purpose and being a general frustrating app.

not only just photo sent, if the app. can be equipped with a video feature on some cases that need a video for more understanding or evidence , etc.

auto chat bot replies. and there is re-submit case button. they automatically close cases even though it is pending/unresolved. UPDATE: still autochat bot replies. no real agent resolving the issue. no action being taken. cant even resolve the simple smoking issue (lots of cases)
