国や地域によって機能しているところとしていないところがある。 タイやラオスだと特に問題には当たらないが(せいぜい登録してある車と違うナンバーの車が来るくらい)、ネパールのポカラではドライバー側がこちらのリクエストを承諾しているにも関わらず運べないと言ってきたり(しかもドライバー側ではなく利用者側からキャンセルしてくれと言ってくる。こちらがペナルティ喰らう可能性があるので応じてはダメ)、電話で値段交渉してこようとするケースが非常に多く、ほぼ機能していなかった。

ネパール・カトマンズ、ポカラでタクシー配車を使用しました。スグにマッチングされ価格もリーズナブルで、煩わしい街中のタクシーとの価格交渉も要りません。(現金支払いのみですが端数はチップ代わりに切り上げで、が良いと思います。)ただ、マッチング後、電話着線ありますが現地語のみのドライバーだと断られることも。言葉の分からない国で、とても便利で助かりました。(このアプリ使用には音声simを購入し現地電話番号の取得が必須です。) 目的地をピンで指定しようとして、ドラックを離してしまうと、地図が隠れてしまい不便で改善してもらいたいです。迎え先・目的地が事前に登録・記憶できるとさらに使い易いと思います。
