Ratings and reviews

when i started using the app, it was really good, the idea was different and the experience was quite better than other apps. but lately, I've been having a very unsatisfactory time with the app. every other driver either cancels, doesn't answer the phone so we have no other option but to cancel, or is so rude that it's scarry to travel with them. i have registered numerous complaints about these drivers too, but i don't know if necessary steps were taken against this.

I would have given it 0-Star if I could but.. This is the 2nd time I'm facing issue while using their services. I would never ever recommend this to anyone. I downloaded this app just because to cut down the cost but I was totally wrong. When you book a ride in other apps, the total charges will be calculated before starting of your trip including Toll etc and if you are ok you can go with it but here it's totally different. You book something but end up paying more than others. This was last.

Extremely poor customer experience. No accountability for drivers if they keep you waiting for long after accepting trips and eventually don't turn up. Also, continuous miscommunication/ understanding gaps on inclusion of toll rates in ride costs. The driver distance from the pick-up location and whether they are moving towards the customer is also not visible during most times.
