The app was all good till it stops responding on my device. I launch it so many times but it keeps closing by itself. I have been trying to make a transaction for 2 days but it opens and closes. I have good reception over here and I have also tried rebooting my device. Please, do something in regards to this. Aside from this, the app is great.

One of the best app for easy financial transactions. I understand the insecurity when it comes to online financial transactions, but the facial check can be really stressful especially when I have to constantly wink so as to get a capture once I'm logging in through another mobile phone, or at night when the camera is not too clear. Other security options should be made available e.g., security answers to questions.

The app is really good and easy to navigate. I appreciate the fact that all it's services are provided to enhance user experience in the system of banking. However, the fact that one can't actually receive alert directly through their contact except only through the app it's something am not really okay with. The company should create a system whereby customer can also receive alert immediately through their contacts after transaction, not only when you login to the app.
