Chronobiology says otherwise: your chronotype (your natural morning/evening preference) is partly genetic, and fighting it is a recipe for fatigue. SleepLark starts with a 5-question rMEQ chronotype quiz, classifies you as Definite Lark, Moderate Lark, Intermediate, Moderate Owl, or Definite Owl, then layers an AI sleep & wellness coach on top of a simple morning sleep diary.
