I bought unlimited internet data for 7 days, it gave me an additional 10GB data for free. In less than 24 hours, I used all the free 10GB. After that, I no longer can access the internet. The app shows I still have unlimited data for 5 days! I tried to delete the free 10GB package but the hit error system can't proceed with your request.

My net package expired. The app still told me unlimited internet so I tried just to make a quick connection speed test to see if it worked with limited speed. They charged me close to 100 bath for the connection speed test, 1 minute of test. Low quality, misleading UI in the app that says you have unlimited internet without telling you the costs. Not even sms tell you the cost! I rarely experienced this level of dishonesty. This is borderline scamming.

The app is horrible with a lot of promo ads via the app, SMS and since a few days I get multiple phone calls from different phone numbers which were classified as spams by my detector. A few days ago the app seemed to work, but suddenly I have to login again. When I type in my phone number it constantly states: "Unknown error!!" without further explanations. The only alternatives to login is via LINE or FB. I use neither of them. No contact options for customer service. I am done!
