The app was working for me for a long time, but suddenly this week when I login, my aeon card was no longer showing up in the app so I cannot see my card balance or point or transactions. I un-installed the app and reinstalled, went through the registration process successfully and enabled my card. Then the next time I login the app again, the card disappeared again. I went through the registration process 3 times today, and the card just kept disappearing after it was enabled successfully.

need more channel to TopUp. not able to TopUp funds directly using Account no, instead have to use the Cumbersome FPX cannot even transfer from AEON Bank to this prepaid eWallet!

What a stupid design. I downloaded this app to re-pay my personal finance. The first choice that popped up as a method of payment is Aeon E-wallet. Why was the button for other payment methods hidden? And the stupidity doesn't stop there. I topped up the wallet up to RM200 and I can't use it to pay the loan, because It wasn't enough. And I can't top up further because it exceeded the daily limit. Now, my money is stuck there because I can't tf it back to my bank acc. STUPID
