You will always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking. Once Tri MyRide is on route to pick you up you can track your ride in real-time using the app.

The number of passengers varies based on demand.

Ratings and reviews

This is great when it works or if they have the busses. Unfortunately this can be very unreliable. If you have to be somewhere at certain time and you rely on this there's no guarantee you will make on time or at all.

I use this app all the time. All around great. One caveat: They do a shift change between 11:30am-1pm so it will be harder to get a ride at that time. Call dispatch to see how many blue busses are in service before getting stressed.

They're getting slightly better about not returning the 'all seats currently booked -- please try back' type of responses, but it still comes up for me. I would much rather be able to book a ride an hour out than spend the next hour checking and rechecking the app in hopes of finding a ride.
