Ratings and reviews

The app works fine; however out of the dozen or so times I used it, the app once charged me for a trip that didn't happen (no cars were available), and once double-charged me for a trip. The customer service was worthless (the lady told me she couldn't help me and hung up). If you do decide to use this service (trips are oftentimes cheaper than Uber), use cash instead of a card. Peace!

Used the app for about a year. The service is excellent, and though not the cheapest one - the cashback feature more than compensates for this. However they silently stopped supporting my mobile carrier, so couldn't connect my account on a new phone - verification SMS does not arrive, and no reply from the support for more than a week. As it is pretty much useless without registration - ultimately had to switch to another taxi service. Thanks for the ride, but minus two stars for this.

Great app, does what it promises to do well. Actually after 2 weeks of use app started rejecting GPay and in a very unfriendly way. GPay is accepted, driver picks it up, you close the app to find accodentally later that GPay failed and order is cancelled. You have to start over in a rush. Friendlier way will be to send a push notification allowing me to agree to pay cash and keep my order active. To be fair Uklon started doing the same after a while too but with fewer rejections.
