The old app was much better, because this is powered by chrome it seems to automatically try to update the page constantly. Meaning it reloads and I have to re-enter information several times. There also is nowhere to pin trains like the old version, which was the best feature. Being able to pin a few trains would make keeping on track of delays so much easier.

Hi, your most recent station selections can be easily retrieved using the new My Travel feature within the app, this allows you to save up to 10 favourite stations. Thanks for your feedback – NRE Team

Have you not noticed a trend? For goodness sake, this update is appalling. Look at your customer reviews and go back to the old version, which, whilst not perfect, at least gave customers what they wanted/needed. This is painful and frustrating and has lost functionality. It is not intuitive and doesn't give information in a clear format. Please just change it back

Pretty horrible UI. When entering a station and suggestions pop up it's hit and miss if selecting them actually works. Ads pop up and because of the lag, you hit them by mistake. The on screen keyboard pops up when you don't want it, along with a void line that obscures what you want to see. Sometimes defaults to "return" when planning a journey, sometimes does not (if it does you have to enter a dummy time. Sometimes you get the British Rail signs next to station names, sometimes not. Clunky!
