Latest update really sunk the quality of the app. Used to cache stations, journeys and the like. Now this stupid app wraps around the website and takes forever to load anything. Often get connection errors. Just awful experience all round. Put the old interface back! It would be much more useful

Bring back the old app! My job involves the railway, the old app was my go to for providing accurate information super fast to customers, you could find anything in seconds. The new version is so difficult to navigate, slow and requires constant scrolling to have half a chance of finding what you need. Bring back the old app, and have a "high contrast" toggle to enable the new look. I appreciate that some people may want a more modern look, but not at the expense of speed and functionality.

Terrible. The old app was great. I could save my favourite journeys, see my whole journey on one screen. It had genuinely useful features. This is now just a link to the web page. I have to input my journey every time I open it, scroll through several screens. It's a waste of time. This appears to be a cost cutting exercise with no regard for customer service.
