Good app with lots of workouts. The fee wasn't cheap, but it's an investment, just like one's health. The app needs two features. The first is some sort of feedback when the user taps save after finishing an exercise, to show that the app registered the tap. I learned the hard way after my workout that tapping save was not optional. Secondly, point out the above to the user because it isn't immediately obvious. Maybe that's common sense, but obviously some users will not think to do it. Good app overall.

I just did my first workout with it. I love the instruction and moving pictures it gives along with a detailed description of how to perform the workout. Only thing that needs improvement is I'd like to hear a beep when the time runs out so I know when to stop rather than having to look at my phone constantly. Great mini workouts though which as a busy mom of 3 is super helpful.

in general the app is simple to you, good for someone like me just strating to workout. Some improvements would be: some of the images dont go with the pictures, it would help if someone would read you the instructions so you dont have to check you phone, also the app allows the screen to turn off all the time its kind of annoying, and lastly would be good to have serval multi plans so i can rotate each day different work outs.
