Several times now, Way has changed our reserved parking to an "Upgrade" that is NOT an upgrade, to a location further away from the airport, with shuttle every hour instead of every half hour. They have done this a couple times when we have secured a good rate at one of the hotels near the airport. This is not good for their reputation. We are now reconsidering other options, such as taking an Uber rather than parking some place just to be moved to another place.

The app surreptitiously created a "supphire" subscription and charted charging my card for it monthly, until moremthana year later I finally noticed it and disputed a transaction. When I asked what it was for, they offered to refund last 6 months of the charges. They also sell all your data, including payment details, UNENCRYPTED! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

BEWARE OF THIS APP!!! DO NOT USE, WHATEVER IT STATES ON THEIR FAQ, THEY CANNOT DO!!! the app cannot edit the parking time and date and so is the customer support, i was charged for 2.5 days with 3 days, which fine, but i went over a minute before i can get my car and it still charged me a day, i had two full days and 5 hours but still charged me for another day. customer service cannot do anything, faq states you should be able to edit your date/time.
