Horrible app. Horrible. Coupons don't work, they give you a birthday treat that you clip but are still charged for, it says it's closed when you go to check out. Yeah, it needs tons of work! Said it was closed (5:00 p.m.) so you're losing money. This time, I drove there and ordered through the drive through but most would just choose another place.

It's been nearly two years since my initial review of this app, and believe it or not it's only gotten worse. Not only do none of the discounts I'm offered via email work but it no longer allows me to pay for my order ahead of time. It used to be the coupons you were emailed could be printed out, but that's no longer possible either. You'd be better off going directly to a local White Castle to order than waste your time with their app.

App has not been working for several months for mobile orders. Unless you repeat an exact past order you cannot click on any item and add it to the cart. When you click on any item it shows you a daily calorie/sodium type warning but not the actual food item. The zoom is not the issue, I have even tried changing the orientation. I just checked again for the dozenth time 05/24/26 and it is still not working. It shows the area above and below where the actual food should be to select/view.
