There needs to be an edit option when ordering burgers. That way you choose to remove or add items to the sandwiches. There's a spot for notes but the employees never read them and it doesn't show up on the receipt. So it makes it pointless to order through the app if something as simple as no pickles is types in the instruction part. You can't edit the sandwiches under the combos only if you order individual sliders. There's limited add-ons or take off under the combos

Horrible app. Horrible. Coupons don't work, they give you a birthday treat that you clip but are still charged for, it says it's closed when you go to check out. Yeah, it needs tons of work! Said it was closed (5:00 p.m.) so you're losing money. This time, I drove there and ordered through the drive through but most would just choose another place.

I lost a coupon because the app only gave me the choice to update and when I pressed that, the coupon was gone and my order was not added to the sack. So I chose something else and, as has happened every time, I had to put my payment info in twice. This app is horrendous in terms of usability and this time it actually cost me money (in terms of a coupon being lost). And I couldn't give it 0 stars for that it I would have. update from 2026 -- now it crashes when I try to pay through the app.
