I want to give 5 but it is not accurate on time. I started an order and it said store was closed, then I'm driving home and the line is full of cars...COMPLETELY OPEN! Needs to be up-to-date on that! Sometimes when I try PAY NOW it does not allow, what do you want to do, pay cash?! NO! Overall, good app, could spruce up the graphics a little, aesthetically it is not appealing, however, it is efficient!

an absolute atrocity... not once has an order went thru properly in years literally. always screwed up with error messages or just disappears randomly. incredibly frustrating. get to the end to pay with PayPal and all the sudden the whole order is gone this time. the total on the app never matches when you get there if you don't pay online either. can't win either way.

This is the worst food app available. The whole point of an food app should be to allow their users to use the exclusive deals found on the mobile app .. they're nearly impossible to apply to your order and when you try to, they lock them out. I have literally sat in the parking lot of a White Castle and been so furious with this app that I simply leave. White Castle would be better off not creating this app at all and simply allowing me to purchase whatever deal is advertised on the windows.
