I want to give 5 but it is not accurate on time. I started an order and it said store was closed, then I'm driving home and the line is full of cars...COMPLETELY OPEN! Needs to be up-to-date on that! Sometimes when I try PAY NOW it, no! The app is not th worst but could be better. The "in-castle" coupons, the timed coupons? what is that? do whatever McDonald's and Wendy's are doing please because the food hits!)

Most frustrating and horribly designed app: 1. Offers expire in 15 minutes upon use and don't automatically apply to order. The offers disappear whether or not you use it so if you redeem and it doesn't apply, good luck because it's gone. 2. UI design is outdated and clunky and doesn't seem to automatically resize to phone screens of varying sizes.

Completely broken. Up and down arrows both cycle up like the programmer couldn't be bothered. Noticeable graphical bugs, especially the very first bug logo upon opening the app. Unintuitive interface. Prices aren't shown so you have no idea how much something costs until you add it to your bag. Apps gives you $5 dollars off your first order, but you better be sure to get it right cause if you redeem it at check out and back out cause you changed your mind, it's gone forever. Too many oversights.
