The app is terrible. I have ragequit multiple times while trying to order and ended up going somewhere else to eat. The app seems to be designed by someone that wants customers to never eat White Castle again. Also, why are the prices a secret? Show the prices next to each item. Edit: I do not need my hand held to navigate your difficult app. Display the prices next to each item and make the app easier to use. Convenience is a major selling point of fast food, make your app more convenient.

You might be able to squeeze a few dollars' worth of deals out of this app at first if you're willing to put up with the stupidly designed maze of menus, but in the long run there is no benefit to having it beyond the ability to place an online order. Your accrued rewards will disappear randomly, coupons or promotional offers will vanish before you can actually use them, and the app is just poorly made in general. It's a lot more of a headache than it's worth.

Completely broken. Up and down arrows both cycle up like the programmer couldn't be bothered. Noticeable graphical bugs, especially the very first bug logo upon opening the app. Unintuitive interface. Prices aren't shown so you have no idea how much something costs until you add it to your bag. Apps gives you $5 dollars off your first order, but you better be sure to get it right cause if you redeem it at check out and back out cause you changed your mind, it's gone forever. Too many oversights.
