Update: What is with these pointless updates that just make it more difficult to log in? Now I can't get into my online banking account because the app keeps timing out on authentication. I'm generally neutral about the app itself. It goes through periods when it throws out a 'server error ', or just shows the green loading screen when opening it - no further. That's particularly frustrating when trying to approve payments using the app, with no option to switch to authentication request.

Nedbank is a great bank. But this app is really glitchy, I've put up with it for about 4 years but I'm now thinking of switching banks just because of this app. Sometimes making a payment is either impossible and you have to try later or takes you multiple tries sometimes up to 5 times. Even purchasing online can take a few tries. Annoying! Plus issues logging in sometimes. I really wish they would do something about it, as I'd like to keep banking with them but I have had enough.

The app has become less and less user-friendly. It used to be easy to use, simple yet with all needed features. The website is now easier and faster. Please add another option other than selfie for the "Verify Me" step or a "no thanks" option so we're not asked again every time we open the app. Also a "no thanks" option to the "enable push notifications" screen. (So "Approve-it" notifications can be sent to another device.) When exiting account info the screen now jumps back to first screen.
