First after logging in, it opens in an Asian language. Now if you want to topup, you get as far as "choose package", with nothing to select. It makes you bloody mad as hell. And yes, I'm not stupid, I cleared the cache, app data, reinstalled the app. Does this on various phones. Even on the internet, same story. Ends on choose package, with nothing to select!!! Now you will blame my browser. Pathetic. NOTHING helps. Biometrics does not work. What works......nothing.

Not a great app, on my S24, the biometrics does not work to login. Very often, when going to different menus, they time out or give errors. functionality is basic when it works. Now with the One UI 7 update, it can't login either. Just comes back to the login screen all the time.. Followed all the advice, it never helped. new app is worse,worked fist time, now just says something along the line of "there was a issue, don't worry, it's us and not you" if i try l. if I could give no stars I would

This app has a bad interface, its actually frustrating. A simple thing like viewing your balance is annoying because they don't show you the expiry dates of your data. In the past you would see all of that information on the home screen, including the amount of data you used and have left, the speed and expiry date. Get better app developers Telkom!
