It's convenient for seeing most of the deals you need in the same interface, buts it has severe flaws. Some packages you can't buy with a card through the app, others aren't shown at all, and it doesn't retain user credentials properly, so you need to login again every time you open the app. I still can't access the "my account" section because it always shows an error. The MTN app is much better by comparison.

Finally got myself logged in. Biggest issue, linking your account you just end up going into a loop. I enter my details, enter the OTP, then I ned to log in again, and as soon as you want to view your account details, it just wants you to link again. Once linked, the information is never correct. Brilliant way of getting a heart attack when you check your account details. My account is fully paid up, but still shows two months outstanding

Ref: 10833010. This app is still broken. I can't login to my account nor change my password. Even after I reinstalled the app on more than one phone, it still doesn't work. The 180 callcentre and store can't assist. This has been going on for months. The old app worked at least. I can't even login using my desktop web browser. If Telkom doesn't sort this out, they're going to go down a slippery slope towards extinction. Their infrastructure and good deals are probably keeping them in business.
