The app keeps telling me my cards are invalid. I've tried 3 different cards, all of which I KNOW have plenty of funds on them. I updated the app thinking that was the problem, but no change. It shows me the same error message. I was unable to get my crown perks for my purchase, I couldn't get the online deal I was trying to redeem by using the app, and I had to go in the store to order which was PACKED, to make it worse, my food was wrong. I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT HAVE IT MY WAY!👎

I accepted an offer for "Whopper or impossible whopper". I was never allowed to choose between the two. I tried the built in help, but the app created overlapping pop ups, so I could not read all the instructions. I called the phone number to talk directly, but both numbers privided are no longer in service. That was a nightmare experience, and now I must cross my fingers and hope I get something I can eat.

No app tech support!!! Have been locked out of app for at least 5 days. Absolutely zero help, no phone #'s to call, no reply to email. The part that really frosts me is the $30 gift card used as payment and of course can't see points balance. Till this happened, I was a very pleased customer. Good coupons and great people at my local location. I'm at 1 star unless BK can resolve this issue.
