I am totally disappointed with your 'shop' app. I try to open the app and all I can get is a white background with the 'shop' logo in the centre. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was unable to close the app without resorting to turning my device off and back on again. I have no idea what the problem is or it's cause. Wed 8th May 2024. I was in Samsung members after a smart phone, and saw this app so I gave it another chance, but after installing it, the app worked for a few mins then switched off

Downloaded the app to take advantage of the 5% discount. Turns out I can't add certain elements to the basket, rendering it useless. To top it off, webpage and app don't communicate. A 10% discount wouldn't make me download it again due to the waste of time. Useful to be able to browse relatively simply,but without the aids of the webpage (tv selector help, etc.), I would consider it a waste of time having mobile browsers.

I haven't experienced severe problems, but the app does have annoying quirks. Firstly, it logs me out at least once every few days. Just checking your order requires several taps to navigate to the right tab. And lastly, it's just very slow. Everything takes a few seconds to load & filters to narrow down your searches don't work well. Otherwise, my last purchase went off without a hitch. I was able to input the discount code & trade in my older device seamlessly.
