Identity-affirming self-care for your mental health

To the team behind Evolve, “Finding Pride” represents a compassionate society where every person can safely explore and express themselves without feeling confined by binaries and stereotypes. It’s about seeing uniqueness and authenticity as something to be proud of and celebrate.

With a goal to become a safe space for anyone who needs mental health support – but can’t find or afford it – this philosophy guides everything on the app, from its design language to new feature launches.

Read on to learn how the Evolve app supports the LGBTQ+ community.

“The 3Cs”: Content, Community & Coaching

Content: The platform is making mental health content by and for the LGBTQ+ community. In collaboration with queer psychologists, influencers and other experts, Evolve has created over 200 virtual therapy options.

Community: Shared experiences and social connections can help reduce anxiety. Evolve promotes peer-to-peer support so users can interact with others from around the world and openly share experiences.

Coaching: Looking for additional human connection? Evolve offers group coaching and new support groups – which launched this June – empowering users to “find their pride.”
Even more to explore
The Evolve team knows people are multi-faceted, and those with intersectionalities will now have shared safe spaces to support each other and talk with mental health experts and coaches. Starting in June, you can also access workshops and panel discussions around key LGBTQ+ issues.
This year, Evolve will be the official mental health tech partner for global Pride organizations like Harlem Pride (New York) and the Center for Black Equity (US).

Be sure to check out the Evolve app to discover content, community, and coaching year-round.
