房間隔缺損
1、 定義：房缺是左右心房間的間隔發育不全，遺留缺損造成血流可相通的先天性心臟病，分為原發性和繼發性缺損兩種，以後者居多。主要病理表現為隨年齡增長，由左向右血液分流量逐漸增多，使右心負荷加重，繼之發生肺動脈高壓。若右心房壓力大於左心房壓力時，也可產生右向左分流。
2、 臨床表現 ：
（1） 繼發性缺損早期多無症狀，至青年期才出現症狀，表現為勞累後心悸、氣促伴心房顫動， 反覆呼吸道感染，嚴重時有右心衰竭。
（2） 原發性缺損早期就出現症狀，可有肺動脈高壓和右心衰竭。
