4.哪些方法可以緩解痛經

(1)引起痛經的原因是骨盆內淤血。月經來潮時,腹部肌肉緊張,可引起疼痛。

(2)發生痛經時,輕者可以服止痛片等藥,短時可以止痛,重者可以用阿托品、654-Ⅱ等解痙藥物,也可以用單方或中藥治療,如艾葉、生薑、紅糖適量煎水後熱服,或用益母草和紅糖適量水煎服。


5.痛經的誘因有哪些痛經的原因有很多,一般都與心理精神因素有關,如情緒激動、抑鬱、精神緊張等,有時過度疲勞、劇烈運動、淋雨、受涼、大量飲用冷飲等也可引起痛經。


6.痛經時生活中應注意什麼

(1)預防痛經的發生,平時要加強體格鍛煉,消除對月經的恐懼、憂慮和緊張情緒。

(2)注意經期衛生,行經時避免過度勞累,少吃寒涼生冷或刺激性的食物,並避免淋雨或洗冷水。
