(1) 梗死前心絞痛： 多在發病前1週內出現。其特點為程度加重，持續時間延長，常在15分鐘以上；發作頻繁，每天數次以上；發作常無明顯誘因，且常於夜間或淩晨發作；含服硝酸甘油等不能緩解。上述先兆如未引起患者或家屬的重視，未及時治療，進一步發展則會發生心肌梗死。
