For the last month every payment method has failed. I have to pay full price in store if I want subway as the store does not honor app coupons. I'm able to redeem points and collect them with scan at register but the entire reason for the app is the convenience of pickup and coupons. Fix this. Edit : One month later and the app works once in a blue moon. Most of the time it does not work at all. "Uh Oh! Payment failed: please use a different card or payment method." is consistent though.

App has been broken for a while now, Everytime you open it, takes an awful amount of time just loading, and it does this with every single click, on any tab to the point that I rather go in store and order also if you accidentally get out of the app you have to redo your order all over again, and that if you get to do an order. Needs fix.

Ordered 2 subs this afternoon through the subway app to get the BOGO deal. After paying,the app showed building the subs. After waiting some time, I received a message stating my order was cancelled. I went into the store. The person stated there was no order for me, but my credit card was charged. I verified that I was at the correct store. I arrived home and was looking at the status again. It showed the subs were ready. Tried a couple of times to call the store, phone just rings, no answer.
