Before this app allowed custom workouts, it was bad. It didn't listen to what you wanted. Now, however, it is pretty good. Still doesn't listen, but now you can tell it what you want. The only thing I would recommend to add is the ability to entirely add and remove exercise (instead of just swapping)

It works. I don't like it, but it's more a me thing, the app gets more difficult as you go and I think it makes some unrealistic jumps on difficulty. Slow the progression and add options better for switching out excercises. I have back injuries and some of these can be rather strenuous on those injuries. Also balance is assumed in this app. I can't balance but these exercises will have you wobbling around trying. Personally not for beginners and half the exercises are too advanced to do.

I'm about a week in so far. I didn't expect much since I'm using the free version but I'm pleasantly surprised. Even without paying, the workout coaching does a great job at putting together a personalized routine for me. A short ad pops up after doing a challenge and I don't mind it. Instead of paying monthly for the workouts that aren't included in the free version, there's just a 30 second ad to wait for. Maybe not for everyone but it works for me.
