Update.. it's a pretty decent app. It's an ok card. My credit score hasn't increased, the fees they charge for nonsense puts me over the limit so then they charge a fee on top of those fees. You can't really do anything in the app other than make payments. You can't talk to anyone, chat with anyone, request an increase in limit or even contact the company at all unless it's in writing only. Don't recommend for increasing credit score, don't recommend for building credit, just don't bother.

The extra fees are definitely annoying. And they gradually go up. Your credit amounts never line up, and you are always losing money, with it being no where to be found. No transactions for it. It's just not there. Good luck finding someone to talk to if you need help. First credit card. I want to appreciate it still though....

Negative first, I personally am annoyed by the double authentication process. HOWEVER....if you have multiple cards with this company... the app an AWESOME tool. You can switch between card accounts, get all messages in one place, see your credit score & payments are very easy to navigate once you have everything set up. Emailed verification of payments are almost immediate must of the time... no waiting for a receipt.

Just opened an account or expecting a new card? Now you can track its shipment status right in the app, so you know when to expect it in the mail! And we know how important it is to have support when you lose or damage your card, so this version also makes it easier and faster to request a replacement card when you need one. Youāll also find many accessibility improvements, so cardmembers who rely on screen readers and other accessible controls can more easily navigate the app.
