  • See how users update ratings and reviews over time in the "Updated Ratings" section. You can filter ratings by those with and those without replies. Responding to a negative review can increase that rating by an average of +0.7.

  • Download your ratings data to perform customized analyses. You can get CSV downloads for your average data and rating distributions.
