Best practices

Make sure users you're inviting have a Google account. If they don't, prefer to use an alternate email, or if they're a Google Workspace user, they can also create a Google Account with their company domain by following these steps.

Keep the Play Console secure by using individual accounts to sign in instead of sharing login credentials

Regularly assess user access and permissions. If a user no longer needs access to the Play Console, select "Remove user" or update the access expiration date.
