Absolutely the worst airline app I've used. Flight details in the app are non-existent, you have to go to the mobile website to get any info. Other apps at least link to their mobile site. Worse, the app stops working if you don't use it for a few days. The last couple trips I have had on AA I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app just to check in and get my boarding pass, even on separate legs of the same trip. AA is horrible all around as an airline, and they live down to that here.

Whenever I try to "Manage Trip", it says "Access denied", so I can't add my frequent flyer number. I've cleared cache, cleared data, and reinstalled the app twice, and rebooted my phone afterwards, then cleared all again. Frustrating. If it is supposed to make things easier, it's failing miserably. Whenever it worked in the past, it was slow. Now, it just does not work at all. Way to go..

This is quite possibly the worst app I have ever used for traveling. Nowhere on the app does it have something about checking into your flight. Entered all relevant information about my flight and all I got was the information wasn't correct when it was. Having to go to their website to simply take a screenshot of the boarding pass is extremely outdated compared to other apps. Those let you put the passes in the wallet as apposed to a simple screenshot. Don't use this until they make it better.
