This app is absolutely trash. I have not been able to open it for several days. Also, unlike every other online banking system, Key Bank does not allow international phone numbers or verification via email. So for deployed military, it's a nightmare trying to access your account. Thanks Key Bank your system is antiquated. update. no I'm not having a connectivity issue and your recommendation did not resolve this junk app not loading. How about you make your support email work?

Hi Mike, A quick connection reset can help: try switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data. If you see a ‘Connectivity Lost’ message, swipe out of the app and reopen it. If it continues, force close the app under ‘App Info’ and relaunch. Our Online Banking team is available to assist you further at 800‑539‑1539. Thank you. ^LH

I can hardly ever actually sign into this app. I can open and close it. Restart my phone, uninstall and reinstall it, and still NOPE. It is incredibly frustrating and upsetting. I can even input my password and skip other login methods and still not get back the sign in screen for 30 minutes. The other functions of the app are fine but useless if I cannot even log in! It is purely ridiculous how difficult it is to sign in. Until this issue gets solved I will never have a pleasant experience.

the app used to work fine, but for the last couple of months it doesnt load. To get it to work again, I have to clear cache, clear data, remove the app, restart my phone, then reinstall the app. But this is only a temporary fix, and I need to repeat this process every couple of days. Very frustrating! EDIT: stuck in the HELLO screen AGAIN!! I guess I am supposed to be happy it worked for almost 3 weeks this time? SMH

Hi Carmen, Please clear the cache and data of the application through your device settings. Once completed, uninstall the app, restart your device and reinstall the app. If you're using a VPN, temporarily disable it for the initial sign on.
