It's mostly good. But since the name switch back to Columbia Bank, the account detail loads really slow once I click on a specific account after logging on. It used to load in about 5 seconds, but now it's closer to 30 seconds, on both my phone and computer. Sometimes it doesn't finish loading at all, and I sit there waiting for the line on the bottom to go across. Fix that, and it's a good app.

Tired of the stupid app that won't do anything and yet I can't log in on the web without clicking the app! Once you get this, there's no way to ever go back! I'm over here downloading it again so I can sign into my account. I hate the account, but it's joint with someone who doesn't like to change accounts. Edit. The only alerts I can sign up for contain no useful info, only force me to go log in on THIS APP???

I just recently switched from being Umpqua and while there were a few hiccups nothing drastic. The app is easy to use once set up and allows me to log into both my personal and business accounts not sure if everyone will be able to do that but it's very convenient. I'm able to view all my key info and am able to filter transactions based on multiple different types which is very helpful for tracking numbers. The ledger and available balance gets switched at times temporary but it's obvious.
