It took literally days for me to update. This program nor chrome would update for some reason, until I read a review. Some said they deleted the data on both apps, restated their device and then tried to install. I was apprehensive. I did it and it worked. If you have unlimited data like I do try doing it on wifi as well. I don't know if that made a difference but I couldn't take any chances that is how fed-up I was.

The app doesn't cause your connection to stop, it's the amount of ram you're using. Close multiple tabs on tab bar and run device care. Clear ram, optimize, and that will stop crashes. You don't have to restart your phone to get your connection back, put your phone on airplane mode for 30 seconds and then turn it off, your phone will automatically reconnect at a faster speed. Check what apps you've got running in the background and deny permission to run in the background unless it's necessary.

So haven't been able to open several items including email. The nature of my job makes it necessary for me to be able to revew emails all day everyday. If this app doesn't work, why am I not able to Uninstall or Update it as per the Google recommendation. Like everyone else, my apps have been crashing, if you can call it that when they don't open at all. Please fix!!!!
