Ratings and reviews

The app is a poor facade for doordash. The only benefit is the loyalty program (points) but you loose return functionality and end up on a catch all voicemail to handle missing items. There's no bidirectional communication to ask if you still want a cookie with missing ingredients like syrup, no store inventory management as such. After this order, I don't even think ordering online from here is a good idea. It just sets you up for hassle. On the plus side, cookies tend to be pretty decent

app was Frozen in processing mode, but I updated it and it seemed to have fixed it. overall good options. I don't like how tipping is so strongly presented.... if I'm not sitting down I don't usually tip. that being said, I do appreciate the work that their employees do. they are always positive and welcoming.

Eh. The app works. The problem is the business itself. Placing an order ahead of time is pointless because it does not reserve your order. They are ALWAYS sold out on half their stuff by 11AM, and they won't prepare online orders until you check in at the location, so if it's available when you place the order, there's a good chance it won't be when you pick it up. They offer a 96 pack, but I can't even get what I want in a 4 pack. I used to go out of my way to get them. Not anymore.
