I have been using instacart for 4 years, on and off. Today, I tried to use a $20 Costco discount on the annual membership, but the app sent it through for full price, $99. I called customer service within 5 minutes, and they wouldn't cancel the transaction or credit me the $20. Ridiculous! I asked for a $20 credit on my account, so we'll see what happens. If they don't oblige I will dispute the charge.

Beware of Instacart. The concept was great but I had so many issues with them that stopped using them until today. I tried to place an order and sign up for a monthly membership($9.99) but it signed me up for a yearly plan($99). When I called they said I couldn't cancel (it's now a bank matter). Out of frustration I cancelled my order and was told there was a $15 fee even though their site says there is no fee for cancellations. Told them that, fee & order was canceled... scamming??😠

App keeps crashing. Latest version of the app crashes when you're using it for a restaurant order and tracking the order it will just clothes and crash. Also on grocery orders it makes it difficult to select replacements for possible out of stock items as the app crashes while you're trying to do this. Also extremely difficult to add or subtract from orders after they are placed.
