If I use the Alexa app to make an Wkxa) Alexa audio call to someone's Alexa device. Usually within 20 minutes we no longer hear each other, have to call back. Same issue with using the "drop in" feature. Also, when disabling a skill, it's impossible to go back one screen to your list of skills. No back button, and if you hit your phone's back button, it exists the app. Add these issues to a new Jira card in your backlog.

despite being in do not disturb mode, the device has randomly woken me at night with strange sounds. In addition, although I've set it not to make suggestions, each time I use it to turn a light on or ask a question, it talks to me about setting up a routine or some other unwanted option I don't want to be interrupted to hear about. it frequently does not understand basic commands and in searches for information it often tries to sell me Amazon products. I would not purchase again nor recommend

I set up my whole house several years ago and everything worked perfect. Shades, lights, switches, wireless speakers, cameras, heating cooling, and vents. Every update more and more features fail or disappear. So far the only thing left functioning properly is the motion detction and lights. Nothing else works fully and in somes cases at all. Ive even had some of my switches completely removed from their library. If amazons' goal is to push us off to a competing platform its working.
