UPS Delivery performance is below low. The App and UPS web and Customer Service (chat or voice bot) is far worse than the delivery performance. Never received the shipment. Notifications you get after failed delivery attempts. Not before or when delivery is happening. To rearrange delivery, tracking number is not enough, you need a notification number of the failed delivery. But since delivery failed, no note was given. And of course the number wasn't included in the failed delivery email.

Worst shipping company there is. No notices about their package even though it is set for you to receive it. They don't even try with their "home" deliveries but send directly to the nearest pick up point. Avoid this company if you can.

Urusel jämfört med PostNords app. Glömmer tidigare sökningar och tillåter mig inte att ändra mitt felstavade efternamn. PostNords app hittar dessutom paket på väg utan att jag behöver slå in referensnummer (vilket borde vara lätt eftersom appen har alla mina uppgifter)
