Why would one have to get his second device approved by the primary device everytime? At least, a trust relationship has been established once approval has been granted the first time. Why do I have to always get approval from the primary device to use the secondary one. Every other banking app gets it right except this app!!! Please, look into this, else that feature of an alternative device being granted approval is useless

The app doesn't work. I can't log into my personal account on the app and when I contacted customer service (the app suggested I do), they say there's nothing they can do about it. Aside that, when you want to make any kind of transfer on the app, it will randomly tell you that it's out of service, so try later. The Absa Ghana App needs to be updated, and made to be efficient, because it's really frustrating 😤.
